Entel is the largest and most popular mobile network service provider in Chile, offering good coverage in many regions.

In recent years, Chile has transitioned to 5G networks, with three national operators—Entel, Movistar, and WOM—launching 5G services by late December 2021. Claro, however, was the only operator without 5G at that time, due to regulatory restrictions on using certain spectrum bands for smartphone services.
The mobile network experience in Chile is highly competitive, with WOM leading in several categories, including upload speed experience, availability, and consistent quality. Entel also performed well, winning awards for 4G coverage and joint wins in various experiential categories.
