As of 2017, the country had 3.5 million mobile subscribers, with a penetration rate of 120%. The first mobile network in Armenia was introduced in 1996, and by 2006, the number of mobile subscribers had grown significantly, reaching 1.5 million.

   • Subscribers: 933,000 (as of December 2017).
   • Ownership: Ucom.
