- Starter Plan: $30 per month with 300 airtime minutes, 5GB mobile data, and additional data at $5.30 per GB.
- Friends & Family Plans: Starting at $26.50 per number with varying minutes and data allowances.
- Unlimited Plan: $158.99 per month with unlimited airtime minutes, texts, and an option to add 30GB of mobile data at no extra charge.
Coverage:
- PNCC provides 3G/4G coverage in major areas like Koror and Airai, as well as in other states such as Ngchesar, Melekeok, Ngatpang, Ngaremlengui, Ngarchelong, and Peleliu. 2G/3G service is available in all other states from Kayangel to Angaur.
International Roaming:
- PNCC offers international roaming services to several countries, including Andorra, Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Austria, and many others. Data roaming is not available, and users are billed at home on their regular PNCC monthly bill.
Satellite-Direct-to-Mobile Service:
- PNCC has partnered with Lynk Global, Inc. to provide satellite-direct-to-mobile phone services using Lynk’s “cell-towers-in-space” technology. This service aims to provide connectivity across Palau’s 300+ islands, especially in remote areas and during natural disasters.
Network Modernization:
- PNCC is currently undergoing network modernization with the assistance of a $870,000 grant from the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. The project includes upgrading the core network, introducing Open RAN technologies, and expanding the network footprint to underserved areas with the addition of new cell sites.
Customer Support:
- Customers can access mobile data services without sign-up if they have a valid Mobile SIM. Airtime cards can also be used for prepaid mobile data. Customer support is available through various channels, including customer support centers and email.
